Prime observes the six main US holidays below. Our industry never stops and drivers haul freight 365 days a year, requiring year-long in-house support. If you are required to work one of these holidays you will be compensated accordingly.

Vacation time is earned based on how long each associate has been with the company. Vacation begins accruing from hire date as follows: 1 day per month up to 10 days. After the first anniversary is reached, vacation will be applied annually at anniversary date.
Sick pay is also available to our in-house associates.
Our 401(K)
Prime’s 401k plan, with many investment choices, features variable profit sharing. Prime Inc. will match $1 per $1 contributed up to 3% then 50¢ per $1 contributed on the next 2%. All 401k participants are immediately vested.
Note: Associates are eligible the 1st quarter after their 6 month anniversary. All inhouse associates and company drivers are eligible for this benefit.

CONTINUING EDUCATION
Educational assistance is available for pre-approved courses which maintain or improve skills for your current or future positions at Prime. We provide the Prime Success Scholars program which offers a discount through Bethel University to associates and their dependents who intend on pursuing higher education. MISCELLANEOUS BENEFITS
