Pat Leonard - Director of Operations

Pat Leonard manages day-to-day dispatch operations including the hiring and training of all new dispatch and driver associates. He also develops solutions to operator and fleet manager situations. Pat joined Prime in 1989 as a Fleet Manager in the Refrigerated Division and later became Brokerage Manager and Regional Sales and Planning Manager. Pat earned his Bachelor's Degree in Health Education from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville.
