Vesting: 100% after 10 years of vesting credit (vesting credits are Determined by New Prime Inc.)
Distribution: Lump sum or Installments up to 25 years

  • Disability
  • Normal Retirement

  • Annual Statements

  • Plan administered by corporation

CONSIDERATIONS

  • No Loan Provisions
  • No Rollover Provisions
  • Contractual Promise to Pay Benefits
  • Assets are owned by the corporation and are subject to the claims of creditors

  • 8% interest per annum compounded annually
